Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the "Customer Service" page and enter the confirmation number for your order. Click "Go!" to get the status for the specified order.

Q: What do I do if my order was damaged in transit?
A: Let us know as soon as possible and send a photo of the damage. If it is a replaceable part it is sometimes much easier and faster to replace the part than to return the item.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We usually ship your order within 3 days. Shipping via FedEx ground is 6 working days to the East Coast.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we are not set up for international shipping.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can see the products?
A: Sorry, we do not have a showroom and have no local pickup.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We are shipping for free to the lower 48 states. Contact us to discuss shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
